Mathematical Sciences
With over 50 Scholars now supported to pursue postgraduate degrees in Mathematical Sciences, we are delighted to work with eight partner universities to continue supporting Scholars in this area.
In today’s world of technology, the need for specialist training in mathematics is increasing. Due to societal and financial barriers faced by those from low socioeconomic backgrounds, these specialist roles can remain out of reach for many.
We are pleased to offer Scholarships across the Mathematical Sciences discipline. For the 2025 academic year, we are delighted to also be able to offer direct to PhD Scholarships in these areas. From everything from pure mathematics, to statistics and theoretical physics, if you are interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree in one of these areas, browse the courses at partner universities below.
There are a range of Masters and PhD courses in the mathematical sciences on offer at our partner universities. These courses are funded by XTX Markets.
‘The mathematical sciences will be a key driver of discovery, innovation and the economy in the 21st century. To take advantage of all of the opportunities that the mathematical sciences offer, significant investment is needed at all stages of the people pipeline. XTX Markets is delighted to be funding the Martingale Scholarships in the mathematical sciences and, in doing so, helping to develop a new generation of STEM leaders‘
