The PhD Leadership Programme is a multi-year programme designed to turbo-charge your career development and give you the skills, experience and confidence to become a leader in your field, building on the Masters Development Programme. Throughout the programme, you will work with world-leading trainers, academics and professionals, as you learn how to harness and apply your growing academic skills, enabling you to achieve your goals, whether they be in academia, industry, teaching, or any other area.
You will take part in a range of exclusive events and activities with fellow Scholars at all stages of their PhD journey, giving you access to a pioneering network of colleagues and friends, as well as the residential training event, Solve for X. While you may be placed at different universities, you will have a common purpose and shared experiences. The programme is focused on your time as a postgraduate student; however, we hope you will consider yourself a Martingale Scholar for life.
